Today, my professional amalgamation that weaves together Education, Psychology and Accounting, has given me the ability to have a holistic understanding to discern between the essential and functional human competencies, necessary for Life and Work. I founded this Firm motivated to transcend my transdisciplinary experience at the service of others by a program aimed at carrying out an existential diligence whose focus is to see the essentials of each Human Being that is part of an Organization and transform this resource for Sustainable Development of our Existence. Alfried Längle kindly accompanies us as Honorary Scientific Advisor, and, very significantly, also collaborates through his scientific contributions that he has made to Psychology over three decades, to understand what the Human Being is and its behaviors, to through the study of their deep existential motivations.
He is the creator of evolution and a new approach to Contemporary Existential Analysis, incorporating the Theory of Fundamental Existential Motivations.
