webpage_conferencia_armonía_tridimensio

THREE-DIMENSIONAL HARMONY AND MINDFULNESS

The continuous encounter between the three dimensions of man - body, mind and spirit - requires a series of cares that must be considered so that life is worth living. The indicators of the three dimensions on the quality of life are represented by three poles where the person can identify at what level they are. These poles are: Health and disease, at the bodily level; satisfaction and urgency, mentally and psychically; fullness and emptiness, on a spiritual level. The task of the Human Being is to try to locate himself in a suitable point in each pole that leads him to experience a good life through the continuous maintenance of a full consciousness of reality and his relationship with the world .
In a complementary way to the care and formation of the essence of the Human Being, we facilitate access to reflection and meditation through awareness, contact and relationship with the physical dimension or body.
