Una mirada existencial a la esencia del sistema tributario como una herramienta para la equidad y justicia social. La obligación constitucional de todos a contribuir al gasto público se transforma en un sentido de responsabilidad cuando existe la apertura para descubrir su valor y traza el camino para la formación de una conciencia fiscal.

La ética, más allá de ser una reflexión filosófica sobre lo que es correcto o incorrecto, representa una de las dimensiones de la existencia del ser humano en donde se enfrenta a la tarea de poder ser sí mismo, para llevar a cabo acciones justas para sí y para los demás.
