The Internationale Gesellschaft für Logotherapie und Existezanalyse is the Central Scientific Organization, based in Vienna, Austria, whose mission is the research, development, dissemination and application of existential analytic anthropology. Through this association, phenomenological and empirical investigations have been carried out on the fundamental structure of Human Existence.

SUMMARY | ABSTRACT

Este proyecto propone los principios y postulados del Análisis Existencial y su modelo estructural -la Teoría de las Motivaciones Fundamentales Existenciales- como el fundamento teórico científico para el diseño de un modelo que defina las condiciones que posibiliten la experiencia de una vida laboral buena o de calidad, en un escenario empresarial delimitado a las características situacionales y culturales particulares de México.   Esta investigación considera también que el tema de calidad de vida laboral del mexicano sólo se comprende bajo la percepción de que la herencia del estilo de vida social, desarrollado durante trescientos años de la Colonia y caracterizado por una profunda estratificación de castas para determinar el acceso al prestigio social, al conocimiento, al poder y a la riqueza, sigue vigente. Esta teoría científica comprende el análisis de la existencia humana, centrado en la naturaleza del ser humano y en su capacidad dialógica consigo mismo y con el mundo; además, este análisis modela la existencia humana con cuatro estructuras que representan las condiciones fundamentales necesarias para realizar una existencia plena, mirando en todas sus dimensiones. De esta manera, la intensidad en el sentimiento de lograr dicha existencia plena representa la calidad de vida que se experimenta personalmente, así como el grado de aceptación propia que se tiene de las condiciones que la diseñan; y el intercambio dialógico con uno mismo y con el mundo, integra los aspectos objetivos y subjetivos de un contexto específico, en cualquier ámbito de la vida. PALABRAS CLAVE: Calidad de vida, plenitud existencial, valor funcional, valor propio, mexicanidad y sentido. | This research paper proposes the principles and assumptions of Existential Analysis and its structural model, the Existential Fundamental Motivations Theory, as the theoretical and scientific basis to design a model, which conceptualizes the conditions that enable the experience of a good quality of working life in an organizational context bounded into a situational and cultural Mexican scene. It is also considered in this paper the fact that the issue of Mexican quality working life can only be understood by raising awareness of the still existing heritage of the social lifestyle, developed during the three hundred-year Spanish Colony and characterized by a deep stratification of castes to determining access to social status, knowledge, power and wealth. Such scientific theory includes the analysis of human existence, focusing on human being nature and on their ability to dialogue with themselves and with the world. In addition, this analysis shapes human existence with four structures representing the fundamental conditions required for a fulfilling existence in all its dimensions. Thus, the intensity of the inner feeling of experiencing such fulfilling existence indicates how good one’s life is, as well as to what extent personal acceptance is given to the conditions which design it. Moreover, the internal dialogue with oneself and the external one with the world involve both objective and subjective aspects of a specific context in any sphere of life. LANGUAGE TEACHING IN THE WORLD OF AUTISM

SUMMARY | ABSTRACT

Living with an autistic person means understanding their world. We have to provide an autistic child a language that allows them to interact with the world and find a meaning in life. This paper contains a research on the language teaching to autistic children. This paper involves documenting the significance of language as a whole. Besides, it acknowledges the process of acquiring the first language and meaning of the second language learned by a person who has no cognitive disorders. It is included the theoretical framework of autism, the common traits developed by an autistic child, classifications, diagnosis and treatment process. Also, this report shows the findings of the research on existing methods of language teaching to autistic children.
